Attendees of the Dublin Irish Festival in Ohio were participating in a four-year tradition of building the World's Largest Irish Beer Cup Pyramid. Unfortunately, things went wrong for the 28-year-old gymnastics coach attempting to finish the pyramid's 18th level high above the crowd.
