Philadelphia, PA - On June 12, 2015, at 12:06 am, employees of Mrs. K's Restaurant locate at 325 Chestnut Street closed the restaurant and locked the front door. At 4:54 am, an employee opening for the day discovered the front door of the restaurant was open. When surveillance video depicted at 3:17 am an white vehicle pulled in the front of the restaurant when an unknown male exited the driver side door. The the suspect then approached the restaurant opening the front door with a key. Once inside the suspect removed one cash register drawer placing it inside his vehicle. The offender then attempted to remove the main cash register drawer that was bolted to the restaurant counter. After an unsuccessful attempt at taking the cash register, the suspect fled in his vehicle and was last seen east on Chestnut Street. Suspect Description: White male, 20-30 years-of-age, thin build, short dark hair, with a tattoo sleeve and several tattoos on his left arm and a tattoo on the inside of his right forearm, wearing a white hat with NY on it, yellow shirt, tan calf length shorts and Nike sneakers and operating a white sedan (4 door) possibly with tinted windows.
