A male driver crashed into a female pedestrian, the driver is then seen carrying the victim towards his his vehicle, fails to load the lifeless body of the woman into his vehicle and then flees the scene. It's not known if the man was trying to help the woman or hide the crime and whether or not the two people are connected. No report on the condition of the woman. The male is being hunted by police.
