Every day we can "enjoy" three or four TOW-videos of terrorists hitting vehicles. In most cases they hit bulldozers or pick-up trucks - sometimes tanks. Destroying bulldozers worth serveral thousand bucks with 60k missiles is stupid in the first place (Ok actually it is the american tax payer or the Saudis/Turks/Quataris... paying for it, whatever). But recently I noticed that many videos showing an impact on a tank are stopping just seconds after the hit. We can`t say for sure why - most likely the tank or at least the crew survived, and that equals a failiure for the terrorist. If there is a cook off they show it. So they try to appear more successfull/dangerous than they and their TOWs really are. . Now they have reached a new level of patheticness: Just check out this post. Unfortunately the second video emerged not before today. Anyways, here a short analysis of those two videos: There is no doubt - launchings from 2 different positions. Now it gets interesting. You can clearly see it is the very same target they are shooting at. The person moving towards the tank (circled in red) proofes it is the same incident beeing filmed - from different angles. Conclusion: FSA and other terrorists are not good at aiming. Most missiles missing the target. So they are cutting the videos to convey an impression they are good and dangerous soldiers; that they can withstand Assad. And last but not least that those missiles are not wasted on them. Pathetic. The guy walking towards the tank is alive btw.
