Philadelphia, PA - On October 18, 2015, 1:47 am, the complainant, a 42 year-old male, who is am employee for Ming River Restaurant located at 2101 East Cambria Street was inside a back room cleaning when he heard three (3) gunshots. When he went to the front of the store he observed two (2) unknown males armed with a shotgun and shot an ATM machine located in the front of the store. After a failed attempt at obtaining money from the ATM machine the suspects fled the store to a two door vehicle and fled east on Amber Street.
