Philadelphia, PA - On November 15, 2015, at 12:18 am, the complainant, a 49 year-old male, was walking in the area of the 69xx block of North 15th Street when two unknown males approached him from behind stating "This is a stick up!" demanding his backpack. When the complainant attempted to fight off the males, they knocked the complainant to the ground and began kicking and punching him. Both suspects then fled without taking anything. The complainant was only slightly injured during this incident. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Black male, early to mid 20 years-of-age, 5'7"-5'8", beard, wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, and white sneakers. Suspect #2: Black male, early to mid 20 years-of-age, curly hair, wearing a dark colored jacket, blue jeans, and dark colored boots.
