Dallas, TX - On February 25, 2016, the male and female suspects entered the Target at 6419 Skillman Street and placed several CDs in a grocery cart. The suspect walked out of the store without paying. A loss prevention employee attempted to detain the suspects but was forced to retreat into the store when the male suspect sprayed him with OC spray. The suspects fled in a silver Chrysler 300 with silver wheels.
