What you see in this video appears to be a thief trying to steal a sideview mirror from a moving vehicle. The theft is done by a motorcyclist kicking the mirror to detach it, then picking it up and disappearing. Because motorcycles can go where cars can't, and can get away from pursuing cars by riding between vehicles, chances of a victimized car driver catching the thief are minimal. If a thief also picks a suitable location, such as inside a tunnel during rush hour, then the car definitely won't be able to catch up to him. Luckily, whatever the motorcyclist really tried to steal the mirror or just cause damage to the car in a fit of road rage, he received instant karma and instead hurt himself and probably also scratched his motorcycle, thereby decreasing its resale value. It's always good to see instant karma show up when she's needed.
