Obama has stated time and time again that he would not be sending ground troops into Iraq. The Obama administration has touted time and time again. He also spouted that his administration pulled the last combat troops out of Iraq. He then goes on to say that it was not his decision to pull troops out of Iraq yet it was the previous administration...AKA Bush. Obama also failed to acquire a SOFA (Status of forces agreement) The Iraqis wanted a residual force to remain however the Obama administration reduced that number to 3,500 troops. Joe Biden also couldn't negotiate amnesty for soldiers that remained due to his outstanding negotiating skills. Had a sufficient residual force been left in place, ISIS/ISIL wouldn't be a formidable terror organization it is today. Obama has waffled on almost every issue regarding Iraq from the day combat troops left through current events of today. A good leader is known for integrity, a strong moral code, trust, and decision making skills of which Obama lacks plenty. Facts are stubborn things ... John McCain 2014
