Philadelphia, PA - On December 16, 2015, at 10:48 am, an unknown male was captured on surveillance walking at Franklin & Huntingdon Streets and firing several rounds toward a black Chrysler 300 which was parked on the block then fled in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported during this incident because the suspect can't shoot worth a damn. Suspect Description: Black or Hispanic male, wearing jeans and a black insulated jacket with hood up.
