Is Biden suggesting that the USA will pull its forces out and then reinsert them to make his statement true? Are any of the USA soldiers fighting along side the Syrian Democratic Forces going to negotiate with the Syrian Government the participation of ISISISILIS/Daesh in a cease fire? --- The truth is, the Saudis and Qataris want to pipe oil and gas across Syria and on to Turkey and Western Europe and make trillions of dollars doing it. And the US Government is fearful of the Rooskie military power and the Rooskie ability to resist the owners of the USA and Western European Governments uncontested rule over the whole planet.
