Philadelphia, PA - On Saturday, January 16 2016, at 6:25 pm, employees of Abreu Food Market located at 1949 72nd Avenue were inside the store when two unknown males entered the store, one who was armed with a handgun handgun, and pointed the handgun at an employee. When the employee closed and locked the sliding Plexiglas window at the front counter both suspects then attempted to gain access through the side door. After a failed attempt at gaining entry behind the counter, both suspects fled the store without obtaining any money. Nothing taken and there were no injuries reported during this incident. Suspect #1: Black male, light complected, 5'8", 160 lbs, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, black ski mask covering his face, two tone work gloves, green cargo pants, and black and white sneakers. Suspect #2: Black male, dark complected, full beard, 6'0", 210 lbs, wearing a white or light colored hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, burgundy sweatpants, dark colored gloves, black ski mask covering his face, black and white sneakers, and armed with a handgun.
