Police say that the motorcycle driver had been spotted over 20 times 'showing off' on his motorcycle by performing various stunts. However, in the 2nd part of the video, he pushes his luck too far and crashes. He is currently in the hospital with Traumatic Brain Injury, as well as an intracranial hematoma.
