13-year-old Geelong boy's attempt at the Ice Bucket Challenge ended in a trip to the emergency room after he put his arm through a window. The boy's mother Clare Childe told 9NEWS.com.au she was in the shower when she heard a "massive crash" and a "real terror scream" on Wednesday last week.Levi Childe, 13, was preparing for the stunt when his younger brother Nevada, 11, snuck up on him from behind and tried to "photo bomb" him by peeking through a window.Levi then smacked the window with his arm, joking that he would get his brother back, but his arm went straight through the glass."I ran out of the shower with nothing on," Ms Childe said. "I didn't know whether to put clothes on, call 000 or put his arm back together." Ms Childe said her neighbour came running over to help and managed to stay calm enough to follow the instructions of the Triple Zero operator."(She) heard all the screams and she fell over on the grass out the front she was running so fast," Ms Childe said. "We both were ringing Triple zero, they managed to calm her down, so she could save the situation." Levi was operated on the next day with doctors confirming he had severed tendons in his wrist and two fingers, narrowly avoiding nerve damage credit ninensn
