NOW THIS WAS A POST LEFT BY HAYDEN IN THE BLOG SECTION ABOUT SITE RULES ....HAVE A GOOD READ..........THEN READ THE BOTTOM PART.............. You can be sure that the most common complaint on LiveLeak regards people's 'Freedom of Speech' or rather their interpretation of it anyway. Without fail someone will break the rules they agreed to abide by in joining the site and then complain we're stifling them. We're in our ninth year here on LL and people still don't seem to grasp a rather simple concept. You have freedom of speech in its truest sense here on LL, all we ask is you avoid certain language whilst sharing your brilliant insights in order to help us keep the site viable. Look at the rules you agreed to abide by, what part of them curtails your freedom of speech? You are still free to criticise any religion, political stance, brand of car you wish. Yes, I know pro-Muslim people claim we're pro-Jewish and pro-Jewish people claim we're pro-Muslim but that boils down to selective perception. You can post that you dislike a religion all you please but you dropping "kike" or "raghead" in there means we'll probably remove it if we find it and give you an infraction. Your freedom of speech, should you use terms we don't want on the site, is only being curtailed by yourself. We don't have rules regarding ideology. Many people want us to launch some kind of war on racism but it's not our place to do it. Who are we to tell people "stop being an ignorant dick"? We don't want to control or rule anyone, we want to have an awesome media site with an active and vibrant community. If you follow the rules it doesn't make you a sheep, it just means you support the site and what we're trying to do. If you find our rules oppressive just move off and find somewhere more to your liking. Making account after account to bitch about it isn't going to change things beyond cementing our opinion of you as someone we'll most likely never listen to. Think about what freedom of speech actually means. <<<Think about why we'd be interested in banning people from a site that relies on its members and viewers.>>>>> Use your brain before churning out what's practically become a meme from people so self entitled they think the world should revolve around them. Just think. <in this case many people might think oh no he has gone and copied other peoples stuff they have written but what i am doing is showing a copy of the true meaning of rules of websites.........providing a site with some form of entertainment along with the good ole giggle at anybody who then gets posted via video and then we have the rest of some of the members of liveleak shall we call it <sectioning out> that person by insulting him in comments for one and not only this but not properly thinking what it may do to other peoples familys if this specific video was seen by others....The stupidity of this so called human being is most outraging to see what kind of behaviour he has done on this site.infact i was one of those members that was with liveleak when it very first started...and i am the one pushed out of liveleak had my account banned and now made to feel like a jerk which i am not........NOW......if i am right in saying that if any member was to not treat liveleak in the right way and then post someone elses privacy onto the internet this is a full straight ban or a infraction punishment......so my question is why has this specific person not been removed for his actions on liveleak?why has he not got any infraction points for this behaviour??? instead of being a typical grass and then advertise this persons screename from liveleak then i will let you all figure it out for yourselfs.not forgetting that this thanks to this specific person has now made it partly public across liveleak which in my eyes is not acceptable behaviour on a website.Being as this person hasnt been punished in the proper way i deem to see it now my job to get this person removed or infracted for his stupid behaviour....but what i dont understand is why i was permanantly banned in the first place and then he gets to stay on this site...????? i am not a person with multiple personalities either i am actually a carer and actually have a life which in some cases not many other members have a proper one. "snap back to reality" Think about your actions before you go posting certain stuff.......let it be a lesson ...if the moderators are good enough on this site then this person who i am speaking about will be removed because i dont see why i was banned when i did not do anything towards this person UNTIL he then posted personal messages across a site.....i thank you for reading....Also moderators have also been informed of this certain person who has done this and yet i am the one being banned or removed from liveleak and i have not done a single thing wrong other than trying to back myself up which anybody else would do and secondly end up losing the plot because of some paranoid person who thought the messages were from hayden but infact he was sitting in his chair on the liveleak show so we all now know it was lies to provide himself more points on his page more stats on his page and yet he still is being let go or as they said in the comment section " to get away with it" its not acceptable and should be dealt with.......taking the video off his page was all good responces but this person has not been punished for this yet.....i would like to see some action taken on this matter...This account i have had to make again to explain this problem would no doubt be removed or something but i have no problems with hayden himself i was actually helping out with stuff when the liveleak show ison and i would to stay put where i am.....i dont intend to start any problems with anyone unless they cross my line ..........thank you for taking your time to read...
