This is Putin's mighty Black Sea fleet FAIL. This video was recorded today in Sevastopol harbor during a demonstration firing of the missile from a cruiser Landniy. Too bad it did not explode in the launch tube, would have made a more spectacular firework display. These ancient Soviet tubs is what Russia has to counteract modern NATO fleets. It appears the weapon system is more dangerous to Russians then the targets they aim at.
