Philadelphia, PA - On September 12, 2015, at 8:30 am, an employee, a 36 year-old male, of Richmond Check Cashing located at 2990 Richmond street was opening the business along with a second employee, a 72 year-old female, when two unknown males were observed exiting a vehicle wearing ski mask. Both suspects then entered as the employee was attempting to shut the door kicking the door hitting striking the 36 year-old male employee. Once inside suspect #1 tackled the employee dropping a firearm on the ground. Suspect #2, who was also armed with a handgun, entered and picked up suspect #1 firearm from the ground demanding the code to a rear room. As the employee was giving the suspects the code, the alarm sounded forcing the suspects to flee the location in a hunter green custom passenger van with chrome mag wheels which was operated by a third unknown person without taking anything. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Black male, mid 20-30 years-of-age, dark complected, 5'8-5'7, 180-200lbs, wearing a gray sweatshirt, ski mask, dark colored pants, and armed handgun. Suspect #2: Black male, mid 20-30 years-of-age, 6'0", 220lbs, dark complected, wearing a black sweatshirt, ski mask, and armed handgun. Suspect #3: Driver, black male, early to mid 40 years-of-age, light complected, heavy build, beard, wearing a black rolled up hat (possibly a ski mask).
