This happened last week not sure which date, in my city "BelAbbes" in Algeria. There was only three or four families living there in the top floors. In the morning 08:00 AM a little children who was playing in the stairs tell his parents he is hearing some CRACKING sound in the wall, the father after releasing the building is no more ok alerted all remaining neighboors and 2 hours later the building failed. No victims.
