This is for all the idiots, roaming the streets during a weekday, proving they don't have a fucking job! The grand jury did not fail, there is nothing racist about what happened, and nothing illegal was done by the police. The media is full of blowhard morons, who take the video as absolute evidence of murder, based on false assumptions and ignorance. The person responsible for the death of Eric Garner, is ERIC GARNER. Here is why. 1. Eric Garner was in the act of committing a crime, selling loose cigarettes, known as lucie's. This crime was the creation of nanny state policies, which have lead to ridiculous prices of cigarettes, putting a pack of cigarettes on par with an angus porterhouse steak. 2. I don't know if the police were called by shop owners, because he was loitering, and selling cigarettes illegally, or if they just witnessed the crime, and called for back-up, but the manner in which the police made contact with Eric Garner, is irrelevant. The fact, again I say this, the FACT is this, Eric Garner was committing a CRIMINAL ACT, for which the police has already arrested him before, so he was FULLY AWARE THAT BE WAS BREAKING THE LAW. Again, it is a stupid law, where taxes have created the black market that Eric Garner was involved in. 3. Eric Garner knew he was going to be arrested, he had been arrested before. No one chooses to be arrested, and you DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE. You can't refuse arrest, and expect the police with comply with your decision. 4. Eric Garner resisted arrest. There is no question that he was initially resisting, non-compliant, and verbally combative. This lead to the force, which was a contributing factor. Force could have been avoided, with simple compliance. He refused to accept his situation, or that HE was responsible for the situation by breaking the law. Instead of complying, and taking responsibility for his actions, he acted like a kid refusing a "time out", and snot bubbled like a bitch. 5. The medical examiner cited MULTIPLE CAUSES in the death of Eric Garner, this is the main reason that no charged were filed. The medical examiner cited an underlying heart condition, ashma, neck compression, chest compression, and the position of the subject, at the time of his death. This is the ABSOLUTE reason, his death could not be attributed to just one officer. Finally, let me clear some things up, that the media has been misrepresenting. A choke hold is NOT illegal. There is a policy against the use of a choke hold, but that is an internal police matter, not a criminal offense. Also, and this is the part that has been misrepresented by nearly all the news reports, a person saying "I can't breath", IS BREATHING. Eric Garner says numerous times "I can't breath", and that is medically impossible for someone unable to breath. Anyone with basic medical training knows this. From what idiots have been saying, the police must now possess MRI/CAT-SCAN eyes, and be able to diagnose suspects, before arresting them. The police should be required to cease an arrest, if the subject verbally refuses to comply, obviously if they are refusing to comply, they know something the police don't, and should supercede the law. Too sum up, Eric Garner had three chances to save his own life. First, by living healthy, he might not have had heart problems at such a young age. Second, he could have found a better way of life, with in the law, and avoided contact with the police. Third, he could have chosen to "man up" when caught, and could very well have been released on scene, but certainly would have avoided the physical confrontation, which contributed to his untimely death. Finally, the police have a job to enforce the law, ALL LAW, not just the laws they like. We have elected the very people, idiots, who put the laws and policies/taxes, the lead to this death. If we don't like the law, then work to change it, but don't have the expectation of immunity from laws you don't agree with.
