After a successful wheelie down the street, this motorcyclist got a little over confident and wanted to try and do a stand up wheelie next. When the biker began to lean back, the exhaust valve kicked in at an inopportune moment and caused the biker to crash. The bike wasn't harmed, but the motorcyclist sustained some minor injuries on his knee, wrist, and shoulder.
